Born in Shanghai, Jack was raised as a country boy in upstate New York before being reluctantly whisked to the big city to attend Stuyvesant High School.

He’s loved NYC ever since, and wants to apply his journalism education to the growth of his local Queens community.

Jack divvies up his spare time between great food, good reads, and angrily competitive computer games.
